Grand Hyatt Incheon Hotel

Staying at this hotel was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities in my room were exceptional, including the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the leisure room was perfect for watching TV and relaxing while enjoying the garden area view.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt for a couple of nights and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, from ensuring I had a table at the restaurant to bringing complimentary steak dish to my room. They also arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport early in the morning. The friendly staff went above and beyond, treating every guest with the same level of service. The shuttle bus staff were particularly amazing, going out of their way to accommodate everyone. Everything at the hotel worked smoothly, and the food was excellent.

I would recommend this hotel.

Traditional hotel, unbeatable location, bright rooms. I truly enjoyed the room with ideal sound isolation, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great location for airport access. I was able to take advantage of the hotel’s shuttle service, which offered seamless transfers to my destination. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything needed to make my brief stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was sumptuous and well worth the cost. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Once inside the hotel, it was comfortable and suitable for transit passengers. the staff was accommodating and arranged our room nicely. Plus, the room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for the short time we were there.

The hotel was quite far from the airport, which was a bit inconvenient for a quick stopover. the shuttle bus took around 15-20 minutes, so it meant having to wake up earlier to catch the flight.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and grand, looking property. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, offering a great view of the terminal from the lounge. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delicious variety of both Western and Korean cuisine.

One of the downsides of my stay was the small size of the room, which was not very comfortable for two people. the bed was also too hard for my liking.

This hotel's location is ideal for those looking for easy access to the airport and plenty of food options in the surrounding area. Within walking distance, you'll find a small wine bar, an Asian restaurant, and an Italian restaurant over in the other tower. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast is provided and there are great views from some of the rooms. the fitness facilities are modern and well-kept.

There was some confusion about the availability of the children's pool, and some guests had issues with the cleanliness of the food in the hotel restaurant.
